Joyce Cheng is the Director of Client Services for Del Monte Group in Alamo, CA, and she is no newcomer to the industry or operations. With over five years of experience in the investment management industry, Joyce brings a unique skill set in client-facing and back-of-office operational roles. She is known for her expertise in optimizing workplace efficiencies while honing in on client needs to provide the ultimate customer experience.
Prior to joining DMG, Joyce worked for a registered investment advisor in Dallas, where, in addition to working with clients, she also played a vital role in the development of the operations organization.
Joyce is a native Texan, born and raised. She even attended Southern Methodist University, located in Dallas. And while she has a strong affinity for Tex-Mex and the Dallas Mavericks, Joyce, her husband, and pup are thrilled to be new Bay Area locals (as of July 2023,) where they enjoy being an arm’s length away from wine country and some of the most scenic golf courses in the US.
